Santa Rosa Junior College Foundation
The Santa Rosa Junior College Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in 1969 by past Superintendent/President Dr. Randolph Newman to advance educational opportunities by raising and stewarding funds for student scholarships, academic programs, and special projects of the College. Since inception, nearly $180 million has been received from our generous community of donors to help students achieve their academic and career goals. The SRJC Foundation is proud of our history created by generations of donors, Board volunteers and staff who have been committed to helping students receive the financial assistance they need to enhance their education.
Mission: We inspire investment in higher education to provide life-changing opportunities for all SRJC students, their families, and the community we share.
Vision: We elevate our community to new heights through the power of philanthropy and the promise of higher education.
Core Values: Impact, Opportunity, Equity, Trust, Collaboration
Gifts to the SRJC Foundation may be made in the form of cash, illiquid assets, bequests, wills, or trusts. Earnings from prudent investing assist in funding scholarships and programs at Santa Rosa Junior College for the progress and welfare of its students, faculty, staff, and community. Charitable contributions to the Foundation are tax-deductible and can be designated for a specific purpose at the college or applied where the need is greatest.
